Relax, recalibrate and immerse yourself into a morning of wellness at Wentbridge House with an Beginners outdoor Yoga class, followed by a delicious, wholesome two course wellness brunch.

Yoga strengthens your muscles and bones, as well as cleanses and delays the aging process. Increase flexibility, balance and oxygenation whilst bringing awareness to your mind and body.

This event is suitable for all and we hope to welcome you on the day.

 

Wellness

Beginners Yoga Class & Brunch

Immerse yourself into a morning of wellness with a beginners outdoor yoga class, followed by a delicious, wholesome two course wellness brunch at Wentbridge House.

As you arrive, you will be welcomed with a pre-class energising juice.

You’ll then complete your 1 hour yoga session on our lawn, taking in the views of our beautiful garden and Folly.

Once you’ve finished your yoga session, you’ll be seated on our terrace to enjoy a delicious two course brunch and a revitalising non-alcoholic cocktail that will be created with fresh, wellness inspired ingredients.

Towels and iced water will be available throughout the yoga session. We recommend that you bring your own yoga mat if you have one, we will have a limited number available for those who’d prefer to use ours.

Please note that the session and brunch will move indoors if the weather isn’t suitable.
